| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法对《2013—2016周期国际体操联合会健美操评分规则》进行分析,并将之与上一周期评分规则进行对比,找出新规则的主要变化点,并针对性地对新周期健美操成套动作编排提出指导性意见:1)新规则对成套动作编排、运动员体能提出了更高要求;新增项目门槛较低可吸引更多人群参与到健美操运动中;2)技巧动作、违例动作有了明确界定,但成套动作中不可强求编排;3)难度动作分值的调整在一定程度上限制了我国运动员的优势;根命名动作的调整、不同多人项目难度动作完成顺序的要求不尽相同,都要求教练员在编排成套时谨记规则要求。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature review, expert interview, the article analyzed the FIG Aerobic Gymnastics Code of Points 2013-2016 and compared with the last code of points. In order to research the differences, it then gave the pertinence suggestions, the results showed that ： 1. the new code of points needs higher requirements for choreography and physical agility ; 2. the new code of points affirms the concept of Acrobatics and Prohibited Movements, but there is no imposition in the choreography of routine; 3. there are some modifies about the values of Elements, limiting the advantages of our gymnasts, the new code of points gives different families from last one, and the new one gives different request of Elements for different events, all of these need the coaches remember firmly. |
