论城市休闲体育的发展与政府角色定位

在现代社会运转中,政府都以某种方式参与到各个方面中去.城市休闲体育的发展是居民改变生活方式、提高生活质量、促进休闲体育产业发展带动城市经济发展、丰富城市文化生活的重要组成部分,政府应该明确自己的角色定位以便更准确的行使政府职能,给予政策支持促进城市休闲体育的发展.本研究认为：在促进城市休闲体育发展过程中,政府应明确“服务者”、“决策者”、“协调者”、“监督者”四个角色之间的关系,充分把握主要角色——“服务者”的作用,其他角色辅助发展.

The Theory of City Leisure Sports Development and Government Position

In the modern social functioning, governments have to participate in some way. The development of city leisure sports is an important part to change life style, improve the quality of life, promote the development of leisure sports industry and drive the development of urban economy, rich urban culture life. The government should clear its role orientation in order to more accurately do the exercise of the functions of the government and give policy support to promote the development of leisure sports. This study suggests that： in the process of promoting city leisure sports development, the government should clear and define the relationship between the four roles：＂server＂,＂decider＂,＂coordinator＂ and ＂supervisor＂, fully grasping the main characters -＂ server＂ and other auxiliary development role.
