体育院校足球裁判培养现状及对策分析——以集美大学体育学院为例

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对集美大学体育学院学生足球裁判员进行调查,结果表明：学生足球专业理论知识薄弱,学习动机和目标扭曲,停留在应付等级证书考试的基础层次;情绪不稳定、承受能力差是影响学生实践执法能力的重要因素;学生忽视对身体素质的训练,缺少主动针对性的体能练习;培训班教学时数少,教学方法单一,短时间集中学习不利于学生消化吸收;建立针对性培养计划、加强与地方足协合作是有效途径。

Analysis and countermeasure for football referee actuality in sports colleges and universities ——Taking Jimei University Sports Institute as an example

By means of literature material method,expert interview and questionnaire survey,the author investigates.In sports college of Jimei university student soccer referees and concludes that most professional students are on student＇s professional theory knowledge of football rules are weak and uncomplete.The basis of certification their learning motivation and targets are uncertain;They are emotionally unstable,also their ability to bear is poor,all these affect students practice ability;Students ignore physical quality training,lack of initiative target physical training and teaching hours are not enough.Teaching methods are simple.Students are lack of practice;It＇s an effective way for students law enforcement by establishing pertinence training objectives and strengthening cooperation with local football association.
