糖尿病运动干预评价控制体系的可行性研究

鉴于糖尿病对人类健康威胁的日益增大,各国学者对糖尿病的运动疗法进行了广泛的研究并逐渐应用于糖尿病患者的治疗过程。但在糖尿病运动干预过程中却尚未建立起系统完整的评价和控制手段,致使运动干预过程附带了过多的随意性和经验色彩,影响了治疗效果。为此,笔者在总结已有研究成果的基础上,结合糖尿病运动干预的实践经验,提出了糖尿病运动干预评价控制体系的框架结构,并给出了运动干预评价控制体系的指标组成,明确了该评价体系控制的几条原则,以期为规范糖尿病干预过程起到一定的指导作用。

Research of Diabetes and Exercise Intervention Appraisal Control System Feasibility

In view of the fact that the diabetes increases day by day to threat the humans health,the various countries' scholars have conducted extensive research to the diabetes kinesiotherapy and gradually applies to the diabetes patient's course of treatment.But actually not yet establishes the integrity system in the diabetes and exercise intervention process,the appraisal and control methods caused the exercise intervention process to supplement experience color,have affected the treatment result.Therefore,the author had the research results in the summary in the foundation,unifies the diabetes movement intervention the experience,proposed frame construction of the diabetes and exercise intervention appraisal system,and produced the exercise intervention appraisal system implementation and the controlled process makers composition,has been clear about this appraisal system control several principles,intervenes the process take the time as the standard diabetes to play the certain instruction role.
