| 摘 要： | 广泛调查黑龙江省"百万青少年上冰雪"活动在学校体育中的组织开展情况,提出"百万青少年上冰雪"活动与阳光体育有效融合的途径与对策:依据趣味性、健康性、体验性、多样性和安全性原则,选择冬季特色运动项目的内容,并对原有内容进行改变、再造、器材创新和陆地项目移植。以体育课教学和体育乐园课外活动为主要依托,培养青少年学生冰上运动的兴趣与爱好,最终使学生能够自发自觉自主地开展冰上体育活动。
