Probing into the Technical Training of Juveniles' Short Distance Race

The experiments of different technical training methods to the juveniles and the different effects show that during the basic training the traditional methods should be smashed, we should lake the special training model which the theretical training and modem short distace race should be adapted. In this way the juveniles can master this method rationally, which can give the juveniles good foundations for improving the level.
