从“奥运舵手”选拔看高校体育教学

摘    要:运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,通过对"奥运舵手"所具备能力的分析,对高校体育教学模式和评价体系进行了讨论并提出:当前普通高校体育教学忽略了与社会的衔接,有明显的短期行为;"奥运舵手"即情商的五种能力是学生对社会可能做出的贡献具有非常密切的关系;教学模式应明确提出并重视培养学生的"奥运舵手"即情商的五种能力;评价体系应注重引导和加强对学生以后影响深远的"奥运舵手"所具备的五种能力,即情商的细化后分别评价。期望能为高校体育教学改革提供有益的参考。

Physical Education in Universities and Colleges From "Olympic Helmsman" Selection

Abstract:Using literature and logical analysis.etc,the paper analyzes ability of "Olympic helmsman",discusses the mode of P.E.in universities and colleges and evaluating system,puts forward: At present Physical Education in universities and colleges ignores joining with society and has the obvious short-term action;the five affection quotient abilities of "Olympic Helmsman" has close relation with the students' contribution to the society;teaching mode bring forward and make a point of cultivating students' five affection quotient abilities;evaluating system should induct and increase the students' long-time influence five affection quotient abilities of "Olympic helmsman",separate evaluation of careful polarizing affection quotient.The paper want to provide some references for Physical Education innovation in universities and colleges.
