黑龙江省公益性社会体育指导员现状研究

社会体育指导员是发展我国体育事业,增强人民身体素质,提高生活质量,建设社会主义精神文明的一支重要队伍。黑龙江省作为我国北方的一个大省,其公益性社会体育指导员的发展具有代表性和指导性。文章以黑龙江省14个地市公益性社会体育指导员为研究对象,研究范围包括公益性社会体育指导员队伍的人数变化、等级分布、年龄结构、性别比例、文化程度、人员构成等。经过分析讨论发现:黑龙江省公益性社会体育指导员队伍人数增速较快,但地区分布不均衡,省会城市好于其它城市;等级结构呈"金字塔"形,但高等级指导员比例较小;城市公益性社会体育指导员稳步发展,而农村则刚刚起步;指导项目过于单一,没有形成地域特色;公益性社会体育指导员主要以45岁以下社会兼职人群构成;队伍构成以女性居多,学历以大专以上为主。这些现状既体现了黑龙江省公益性社会体育指导员多年工作取得的成绩,也暴露出了发展中的不足之处,反映了黑龙江省大众体育锻炼的需求与动态变化,也为公益性社会体育指导员的发展提供参考。
