黑龙江省高校师德考核评价体系建构的研究与实践

新时期高校师德建设存在重业务要求轻师德培养,对师德培养和师德考核流于形式等现象。如何建立和完善新时期高校师德评价体系,是我们迫切需要完成的任务。本文针对目前出现的诸多问题,借鉴一些成功经验,提出了兼顾统一性和地方性的高校教师师德规范建设的一些思考和建议;建立符合实际情况的师德评价体系,为今后开展师德评价及奖惩工作,提供科学、可行的理论依据。

Research and Practice of College Teachers＇ Evaluation System Construction in Heilongjiang Province

New Times there are many problems of teachers moral building in high school, there are the phenomenons of the heavy business requires ,light cultivate morality of teacher ethics training and ethics examination formality . How to establish and improve evaluation system is our urgent duty. Learning from some successful experience for many problems , some thoughts and suggestions of both unity and local colleges and universities teachers in standard construction are raised; teachers＇ethics evaluation system in line with the actual sit- uation and future teachers ethics evaluation and incentive to provide the scientific and theo- retical basis of feasibility .
