竞技健美操新旧周期国际竞赛规则的比较研究

采用文献资料法、观察法、对比分析等方法,从难度分、艺术分、完成分以及成套动作的场地和时间要求等方面对竞技健美操国际竞赛规则新旧周期进行比较,并针对新规则对竞技健美操运动的影响及其对我国竞技健美操运动提出的要求进行论述。研究结果表明：新规则难度动作的数量和类型均有所提升,技术动作更趋高难化;艺术分评分内容与评分标准的划分与分值分配更加科学,更重视运动员的艺术表现力以及成套动作的复杂程度和编排的创新性;对运动员动作完成质量和完成稳定性的要求更高;时间的设置更加合理,场地的利用更加充分。

The Comparative Research between the New and Old Periods of Competitive Aerobics Rules

Through the document、observation、comparative analysis and other methods,this easy compare the new and old periods of International Competitive aerobics rules from the difficulty,artistry,movement quality and demand of arena and time about entire exercise,further discussed the impact of new rules on Competitive aerobics and the demand for our country’s Competitive aerobics.Results showed that: the amount and type of difficulty of the new rule are more than the old,which requires more difficult technology;the contents and criterions of artistry are more scientific than the old,which puts more emphasis on the expressive force of art、the complexity of entire exercise and the creativity of design;the new rules requires more quality and stability about athletes’movement,more rationality of time setup and more sufficient use of the competition area.
