对黑龙江省残疾人竞技体育发展历史及现状进行了分析。找出了影响黑龙江省残疾人竞技体育发展的主要因素,即:黑龙江地域特点、项目特点、运动员年龄结构、教练员队伍素质、主管领导的重视程度以及场地、器材、经费等原因。为此提出了相关的改进建议。

Study of the Present Situation of the Competitive P. E of the Disabled and the Factors Which Effects Its Development in Heilongjiang Province

The author put forward the development and current conditions of the athletics of the disabled in Heilojigjiang and analysed them, The author found out the main factors of affecttiing athletics development, namely,the area characteristics,in Heilongjiang, events characteristics'age of the athletes,the quality of the coaches, the degree paid on it by the leaders in charge of and sports ground,equipment and founds and so on.The authors put forward some relative suggestions to be unproved.
