黑龙江省中青年脑力劳动者血红蛋白、血糖、血脂、肝功体检结果分析及运动干预对策研究

目的:检测黑龙江省中青年男脑力劳动者血红蛋白、血糖、血脂、肝功状况,根据存在的问题采取有效的运动干预措施,预防疾病的发生、发展。方法:受试者清晨空腹状态采血,测试血红蛋白、血糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶含量,并对结果进行统计分析,总结存在的问题。结果:黑龙江省男脑力劳动者总体上营养状态良好,各年龄组血红蛋白均在正常范围;随着年龄的增长血糖呈上升的趋势,且56~60岁年龄组高于参考值;随着年龄增长血脂先增加后下降,甘油三酯均值高于参考值,且46~50岁年龄组最高;各年龄组谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶均值均在正常范围,但从高谷草转氨酶和高谷丙转氨酶检出率上看随着年龄的增长呈增加趋势。结论:高血糖、高血脂在黑龙江省中青年脑力劳动者中检出率较高,应加强定期检查,通过增加活动量,采取适当的运动方式改善健康状况。

Physical Examination Results on Hemoglobin, Glucose, Lipids, Liver Function and Measures of Exercise Intervention on the Young Cadres Metal Workers in Heilongjiang Province

Objective： Testing on hemoglobin test, blood glucose, blood lipids, liver function of the young cadres metal workers in Heilongjiang province, finding the existing problems and taking effective exercise interventions to prevent diseases. Methods： Subjects are tested hemoglobin, blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, the serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase, analyzing the results, summarizing the problems. Results： The nutritional status of the metal works in Heilongjiang Province is good, Hemoglobin is normal in all age groups; Blood glucose is increasing trend with age, and 56-60 year age group is higher than the reference value; Lipids are increasing with age then declined, triglycerides higher than the mean reference value, and the 46-50 age group was the highest; The serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase are in normal range, but high aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase are increasing with age. Conclusions： High blood sugar, high blood cholesterol are general of the young cadres metal workers in Heilongjiang Province. Regular physical examination and the sport activity should be executed, taking appropriate way to improve the health.
