| 摘 要： | 目的:了解黑龙江省儿童青少年的营养状况发展和贫血发病率的变化情况,为今后贫血防治工作提供科学依据。方法:采用实验法对7岁、9岁、12岁、14岁、17岁儿童青少年进行血红蛋白测试,并将测试结果与2005年比较。结果:与2005年相比,2010年儿童青少年平均血红蛋白(Hb)含量除7岁女城组略高于2005年水平外,其余各组整体出现下降。2010年儿童青少年的贫血率城市高于农村,贫血率整体较2005年上升,其中乡村的贫血率反而下降。结论:与2005年相比,2010年黑龙江省儿童青少年营养状况较差,其中城市下降尤为明显,应引起学校、家长的重视,均衡膳食结构,鼓励他们参与体育锻炼,更好地改善营养状况。

| Abstract: | Objective： Understand the nutritional status of children and adolescents development and anemia incidence in Heilongjiang Province, provide a scientific basis for anemia prevention and control work in the future.Methods： By experimentation, 7, 9, 12, 14, 17-year-olds people＇ s hemoglobin were tested, and the results were compared with 2005. Results： Compared with 2005, 2010 average hemoglobin content was decreased except 7 urban women. Anaemia rate in 2010 urban was higher than rural. Anemic rate was increased, but it was decreased in rural. Conclusion- That showed nutritional status of children and adolescents were decreased in 2010, urban people especially, compared with 2005.Schools and parents should pay attention to a balanced diet, encourage them to participate in physical exercise, in order to improve the nutritional status of students. |
