| 摘 要： | 文章从理论上结合黑龙江省社区体育发展和社会体育指导员培训的具体实际,进一步就如何加快社会体育指导员的培养与建设,探索适合黑龙江省社会体育指导员培养模式,为改进黑龙江省社会体育指导员的现状,提出科学发展的理论依据;为推动黑龙江社区体育的有效发展和全民健身运动进一步深入打下基础;同时也为我国社会体育指导员队伍培养与建设发展研究提供实证参考。

| Abstract: | This paper combined of Heilongjiang,community sports development and social sports instructor training,and further on how to accelerate the social construction and training of sports instructors,explored the social sports instructor in Heilongjiang Province,training model,to improve Heilongjiang status of social sports instructor,put forward the theoretical basis of scientific development,Heilongjiang to promote the effective development of community sports and fitness exercise further lay the foundation;the same time for my social sports instructors to provide training and construction development of empirical reference. |
