黑龙江省体育教育专业学生党员就业能力现状与对策研究

随着高校逐年扩招，大学生就业难已成为一个不争的事实，体育类毕业生的就业形势尤为严峻。体育教育作为我国体育类院校的主流专业之一，主要目标是培养宽口径、厚基础、强能力、高素质的复合型的人才。体育教育专业在市场竞争中所表现出来的就业核心竞争力是其知识、技能和资源等要素的整合。学生党员作为这一专业的先进群体，本文以其为着眼点，从就业能力的角度对我省体育教育专业学生党员的就业现状、影响因素上进行一系列的研究，提出相应的提高就业能力的对策，将其措施和培养方案推广到其他专业，以提高整体体育类专业的就业能力。
