拳击运动员心电图特点分析

对参加2000年全国男子拳击冠军赛的56名拳击运动员和185名男大学生的心电图进行分析，结果显示：运动员组心电图异常(不包括窦性心动过缓和左室高电压)低于对照组；窦性心动过缓、左室高电压、不完全右束枝传导阻滞的发生率非常显地高于对照组；平均安静心率非常显地低于对照组；而二组窦性心律不齐的发生率无显差异，说明拳击运动员心血管系统具有强大的适应能力。

Analysis of the Characteristics of Boxers' ECG

This paper analyzes the ECG of 56 boxers in the 2000 National Boxing Championship and 185 college students. The results show that the percentage of abnormal ECG( except for sinus bradycardia and left ventricular high voltage) of boxers is lower than that of college students; the occurring rates of sinus bradycardia, left ventricular high voltage, incomplete dextral branch block of boxers are significantly higher than that of college students; the average heart rate of boxers is significantly lower than that of college students and there is no difference in the occurring rate of sinus arrhythmia between boxers and college students. The results indicate the cardiovascular system of boxers have strong adaptive ability .
