| 摘 要： | 运用文献研究法，对休闲体育的概念、特点、价值、内容与分类、发展的影响因素及发展前景和存在问题作了综述，认为我国休闲体育研究缺乏整体性和系统性；理论创新性和实质性不够；理论和实践结合不够；整体研究素质亟待提高，结构有待优化。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review, this paper makes analysis on concept, character, value, content and classification, influencing factors and developing prospect of leisure sports. The result shows that our leisure sports research is in short of systematic logistics. The theoretical innovation and the substantiality are insufficient. The combination of theory with practice is insufficient. The entirety research quality still need to be improved and structure need to be optimized. |
