论普通高校体育教育中蕴含的体育人文精神

体育教育不仅体现在对学生进行体育技术、技能和知识的传输，而且关键是要通过体育文化特质中蕴含的人文精神对学生进行心理健康素质的培养和塑造。本文从体育人文精神的内涵与价值作为切入点，针对普通高校体育教育的基本特点和规律，从体育课程设置中的人文精神内涵、大学生参与运动，体验体育的魅力、对大学生心理素质的塑造等方面入手，论述体育人文精神对实现大学生身心全面发展的重要性。

Discussion on Sports Humanities Spirit in College Physical Education

Physical education not only manifests in carrying on the sports technology, the skill and the knowledge transmission to the student, moreover the key is the humanities spirit which contains through the sports culture special characteristic in carrying on the psychologically healthy quality to the student＇s cultivation. This paper cuts into the spot from the sports humanities mental connotation and the value, in the view of the college physical education essential feature and the rule, from the sports curriculum humanities mental connotation, college student participating in the movement, the experience sports charm, this paper discusses the sports humanities spirit to realizes college student physical and mind development in full scale.
