在“阳光体育运动”背景下高校跆拳道课程改革与发展的对策研究

本文通过对我国高校跆拳道课程教学现状进行调查分析比较,指出如何在＂阳光体育运动＂背景下促进高校跆拳道课程的教学,激发学生对跆拳道运动的兴趣和积极参与到该项运动当中,切实引导学生积极参加各种阳光体育运动,丰富学生课外体育活动的形式和内容,力争推动阳光体育运动在我校的深入实施,同时也能通过实践经验丰富和进一步完善教学理论。

Research on College Taekwondo Curriculum Reform and Development under the Sunlight Sports Program

Through making research and comparison on present situation of college taekwondo curriculum teaching in China,this article pointed out how to promote the college taekwondo curriculum teaching under the background of the sunlight sports program,stimulate the students＇ learning interest and participate in the taekwondo exercise,guide the students to attend each kind of sunlight sports positively,enrich students extracurricular sports form and the content,push the implementation of sunlight sports program in university,and simultaneously enrich the teaching theory through the experience.
