摘    要:从高校社会体育专业人才培养目标出发,根据现阶段社会对体育人才的需求,提出在高校社会体育专业实施"3+1"教育模式,以优化社会体育专业课程设置,加强社会体育专业师资队伍的建设,增强社会体育专业人才竞争力,从而提高社会体育专业人才培养的实效性,满足社会对体育人才的需求。

Abstract:From the point of college social sport professional talent training goal,according to the current social demand for sport talent,this paper suggests that 3+1 education mode should be implemented in college social sports major in order to optimize social sports major curriculum setting,strengthen teacher staff construction,improve the competitiveness of social sports talents and meet the demand of society for sports talents.
