摘    要:随着“阳光体育运动”在全国范围的开展,在全国大中小学生当中掀起了又一轮的健身浪潮,然而“阳光体育运动”的开展,并非一朝一夕的事情,需要全社会、学校、家庭共同关注,且需要一定的时间来实施、发展及检验。本文从影响“阳光体育运动”的人文环境角度加以论述,旨在为更好地实施“阳光体育运动”,通过营造良好的体育锻炼的人文环境,从而使得“阳光体育运动”的实施变得水到渠成。通过论证。得到共识:学校应成立组织机构,建立制度,明确职责,协调各部门的关系,共同营造良好的组织管理环境;学校传统体育项目的影响,体育教师传授健身、健康知识,灌输和渗透终身体育的意识和积极生活方式的意识,利用乐观向上的人格个性,影响着学生体育锻炼的意识和行为;班主任的工作风格,影响着班风,影响着体育教学环境,影响着课外体育活动的效果。校长牵头,各部门、教师、班主任配合,共同营造有助于实施“阳光体育运动”的人文环境。家长应明确“健康第一”的思想,以及了解积极健康的生活方式;社会应充分发挥舆论导向,关注学生健康,建立个人终身健康档案,共同营造良好的社会环境。在实施“阳光体育运动”过程中,学校、家庭、社会共同发力,以大环境带动小环境,小环境带动大环境的联动机制;学校应以校长牵头,将有关部门及各部门相关人员充分调动,共同营造良好的学校人文环境。

Abstract:As the sunlight sports nationwide development,the medium and large primary students set off another round of the wave of fitness.However,the carrying out of sunlight sports is not a short duration of time,and needs the whole society,school,family of common concern,as well as a certain amount of time to carry out,development and test.This paper,from the impact "sunlight sports" humanistic environment are discussed,aim at for angle better implement "sunlight sports",through the building good physical exercise humanistic environment,thus make the "sunlight sports" become the implementation of the conditions.Through verification,get consensus: the school organization should be established,establish the system,clarify duties,coordination of all departments,and work together to build a good organization management environment;The influence of the traditional sports school physical education teachers teach,fitness,health knowledge,instilling and penetration of the lifelong sports consciousness and active way of life consciousness,optimistic personality of personality,affecting the student physical exercise of consciousness and behavior;The teacher in charge work style,and affects the class,impact on the sports teaching environment,affect the effect of extracurricular sports activities.The headmaster taking the lead,departments,and the teacher,the teacher in charge works with,and work together to build a help to implement "sunshine sports" humanistic environment.Parents should be clear about "the health first" thought,and understand positive health way of life.Society should give full play to the guidance of public opinion,paying attention to the students’ health,establishing personal lifelong health records,and work together to build a good social environment.In the implementation of the "sunlight sports" process,the school,the family and the society to send force to drive small environment,small environment linkage system of environmental drive.The school shall lead to the principal,the relevant departments and departments of relevant personnel fully mobilize,and work together to build a good school cultural environment.
