| 摘 要： | 教师对大学校园＂阳光体育运动＂相关活动的开展进行日常有效的组织和管理,是大学生能否长久坚持进行日常体育锻炼的基本保证,本文就教师如何顺利地参与开展＂阳光体育运动＂进行有效的激励和管理机制提出了相应的对策和建议。
