| 摘 要： | 本文在调查成都市乡镇社会体育人力资源配置现状的基础上,提出了人事制度改革是优化配置的根本途径,经济发展是基础,同时还要加强人力资源的培养和乡镇体育教师的充分合理利用,发挥高校培养乡镇社会体育人力资源的优势,制定鼓励体育专业毕业生从事乡镇社会体育工作的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Based on investigation on township social sports human resource allocation in Chengdu,this paper puts forward that reform on personnel system is the radical way to optimize the distribution.Economic development is the basis,and cultivation on human resource and township physical education teacher should be strengthened.The measurements of fully playing the advantage of university and encouraging physical education major students to work in township social sports must be taken. |
