| 摘 要： | 由于社会的变革和教育体制的改革,中等职业技术学校青年体育教师的心理状况在不同程度上都受到了影响和冲击。本文在对心理健康标准界定的基础上,分析了影响中职学校青年体育教师心理健康的原因,并为改善中职学校青年体育教师心理健康提供了一定的方法和策略。

| Abstract: | Since the reform of social and education system, psychological status of young physical education teachers in secondary occupation technical school have been affected in different degree. Based on the definition of mental health standards, this paper analyses the influencing factors of the psychological health of young physical education teachers in secondary vocational schools, and provides certain strategies to improve the psychological health of young physical education teachers in the school. |
