| 摘 要： | 针对高校健美操选项课成绩评定中存在的问题，分析其产生的原因，寻找改进的对策，使体育成绩评定更加公正、合理、全面，从而激发学生学习兴趣，有利于学生培养锻炼意识，养成锻炼习惯；同时也有利于教师改进教学方式方法，提高健美操选项课的教学效果和质量。
