| 摘 要： | 文章采用资料法,对体医结合背景下的高校体育教学设计展开研究。研究认为:以体育科学知识体系为基础,把体育健身的生理学、运动医学原理,融入到高校体育教学当中,并结合学生未来的工作意向,选择、抽取、整合与创编体医结合的高校体育教学设计,可以使在学习医学知识与体育知识的同时,不断提升自己的体质健康水平。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the teaching design of physical education in colleges and universities under the background of combination of physical education and medicine is studied by means of literature.Based on the scientific knowledge system of physical education,the physiology of physical fitness and the principle of sports medicine are integrated into the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities,and combined with the students'intention to work in the future,the selection and extraction of physical education are carried out.The integration and creation of physical education teaching design in colleges and universities can improve their physical health level while learning medical knowledge and physical education knowledge. |
