我国中学学校体育保险现状与发展策略研究

运用文献资料法结合法学、保险学等基本理论,对我国中学体育保险现状进行研究。研究结果发现我国中学学校体育保险存在体系不完善、法规不健全、学生体育保险意识淡薄、险种单一以及缺乏中介等的问题,针对这些问题分析了加强学校体育保险制度建设的必要性,指出未来学校体育保险的发展机遇与挑战并存,并提出了对发展我国学校体育保险的建议与对策,以推动我国学校体育的健康发展。

Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Middle School Sports Insurance

By using the theory of literature review method with laws and insurance,this paper analyzed the sports insurance status of China＇s middle schools.The results showed that China＇s middle school sports insurance system is imperfect,inadequate laws and regulations,a weak awareness of student＇s sports insurance,and lack of insurance intermediaries,such as a single problem,deal with these problems of school sports insurance system.To strengthen the building of necessity,pointed out that the future schools sports insurance development and opportunities and challenges,and put forward the development of China＇s middle school and countermeasure insurance proposal,in order to promote the health of our school sports development.
