游泳训练“勇”当先:游泳课程实施心理训练的模式探究

摘    要:心理问题是游泳课程教学训练的常见问题,也是影响游泳课程质量的核心因素。传统游泳课程片面重视技术、体能训练,缺乏对学生游泳学习兴趣和心理素质的有效训练,影响了学生参与游泳学习的积极性。为此,在创新游泳课程时,要注重实施“勇”当先的心理训练机制,引导学生“勇”于面对,确保学生始终处于游泳课程的最佳状态。本文以游泳课程实施心理训练的积极意义出发,结合游泳课程实施心理训练的相关要求,以“勇”当先为切入点,提出游泳课程实施心理训练的具体模式。

Abstract:Psychological problems are not only the common problems in the teaching and training of swimming courses,but also the core factors affecting the quality of swimming courses.The traditional swimming course pays too much attention to the training of technique and physical ability,and lacks the effective training of students'interest and psychological quality,which affects the enthusiasm of students'participation in swimming.Therefore,in the innovation of swimming course,we should pay attention to the implementation of the psychological training mechanism of“courage”first,guide students to be brave,and ensure that students are always in the best state of swimming course.Based on the positive significance of the implementation of psychological training in swimming courses,combined with the relevant requirements of the implementation of psychological training in swimming,this paper puts forward the specific mode of the implementation of psychological training in swimming courses with“courage”as the starting point.
