摘    要:近些年来,大强度间歇训练广泛的应用于大众健身和运动减肥领域。本文采用文献资料法梳理总结了HIIT对肥胖人群的干预效果,得出以下结论:(1)与中等强度持续训练相比,HIIT提高运动效率;增强运动后过量氧耗EPOC;抑制食欲,控制体重方面更具有优势;(2) HIIT与MICT在体重、BMI、Fat%、腰臀比方面具有相似的运动效果,但HIIT能降低内脏脂肪含量,而中低强度持续训练却无此效果;(3) HIIT能改善心肺耐力,显著提高最大摄氧量。

Abstract:In recent years,high-intensity interval training has been widely used in the fields of mass fitness and exercise weight loss. This paper uses the literature method to summarize the intervention effect of HIIT on obese people,and draw the following conclusions:( 1) Compared with medium-intensity continuous training,HIIT improves exercise efficiency;enhances excessive oxygen consumption after exercise,EPOC;suppresses appetite,and controls body weight;( 2) HIIT and MICT have similar exercise effects in terms of body weight,BMI,Fat%,waist-to-hip ratio,but HIIT can reduce visceral fat content,while low-intensity continuous training has no such effect;HIIT can improve cardiopulmonary endurance and significantly increase maximal oxygen uptake.
