高校体育教学融入运动心理学教育的分析

随着教学改革的实施,当前的体育教学已经不仅仅是需要重视提高学生的身体素质和体能,同时注重高校体育教学中学生的心理训练。学生在体育学习中,对体育课程的认识以及学生自身的意志和品德素质等对体育活动本身都会产生直接的影响。所以在高校体育教学中,需要加入运动心理学教育。文章首先阐述了心理学概念以及相关的心理学的概念,其次是对运动心理学加入到高校体育教学中的必要性。并提出了相关的策略,期望有效的促进高校的体育教育,实现高效体育教学的长远发展。

Analysis on the Integration of Sports Psychology Education into Physical Education in Colleges

With the implementation of teaching reform,the current physical education has not only need to pay attention to improve students ’ physical quality and physical fitness,but also pay attention to the psychological training of college students. Students in the physical education learning,the understanding of physical education curriculum and students ’ own will and moral quality will have a direct impact on the physical activity itself.Therefore,sports psychology education needs to be included in college physical education. This paper first expounds the concept of psychology and related concepts of psychology,and then the necessity and necessity of sports psychology in college physical education. It also puts forward relevant strategies expecting to effectively promote the physical education in colleges and universities,to and achieve the long-term development of efficient physical education.
