摘    要:在课程改革的新形势下,体育课程采取“以学定教”,需要有一定的原则性、规范性和实践性要求,在教学方式、策略和内容的制定等方面都需要有一个较大的转变。本文针对以往体育课教学中出现的问题,探讨了“以学定教、有的放矢”的理念,分析了体育课教学改革的理论意义和实施策略。

Abstract:Under the new situation of curriculum reform, by learning on teaching of physical education curriculum need to have the certain principle, normative and practical requirements, the teaching methods, strategies and content of all need to have a bigger change.In view of the problems arising from the past physical education teaching, this paper discusses the concept by learning on teaching, targeted analysis the theoretical significance and implementing the strategy of physical education teaching reform.
