2010年度南京工业大学《国家学生体质健康标准》检测结果与分析

2010-2011学年对南京工业大学全体本科生进行《国家学生体质健康标准》。通过本次检测,全校总体平均为75.47分,达到良好标准。优良率为62.11%,不及格率为16.39%。耐力项目指数一般,反应爆发力素质的立定跳远指数较差,握力体重指数和肺活量体重指数较好,身高标准体重指数成绩较差,身高标准体重太低而肥胖率较高。各年级身体素质2007级最好平均分80.68,2010级最差平均分仅71.98,总体女生的成绩好于男生。针对以上结果提出进一步提高我校学生身体素质的建议和方法,为体育教学改革和实践提供基础数据。

The Results and Analysis of National Student Fitness Standard Teat in 2010 in Nanjing University of Technology

In2010-2011 school years,we had a test for all undergraduate students of Nanjing University of Technology as National Student Fitness Standard.Through this testing,the overall school average score of 75.47 points,to achieve a good standard.The good rate is 62.11%,and the failure rate is 16.39%.The endurance index is general,the index of the standing long jump reacting explosive quality is poor,the body mass index of grip strength and the body mass index of vital capacity are better,the weight for height index is low,weight for height is too low and obesity rate is higher.The fitness of grade 2007 is best among the whole grades,its average point is 80.68,and the worst is grade 2010 with the average point 71.98.The overall performance of female students is better than male students.We have suggestions and methods to further improve the physical fitness of our students for the results,and provide the basic data for physical education reform and practice.
