长沙市高尔夫俱乐部教练员现状调查与分析

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对长沙市高尔夫俱乐部教练员进行了现状调查与分析,研究结果表明:(1)在年龄结构上,长沙市高尔夫俱乐部教练员呈现年轻化趋势。年轻教练占较大比例。(2)在性别结构上,长沙市高尔夫俱乐部教练员中呈现男多女少的现象。这与全国其他地方的高尔夫教练员的情况类似。(3)长沙市高尔夫俱乐部教练员中教龄较长的教练员学历水平普遍不高,而教龄较短的教练员学历集中在本科阶段。(4)与其他城市相比,长沙高尔夫俱乐部的教练平均月薪处于中等水平,与长沙在全国的城市排名来看是较为相符的,与其他体育项目的教练员薪资水平相比相对较高。(5)长沙市高尔夫俱乐部教练员资格认证情况不够乐观。(6)长沙市高尔夫俱乐部教练员中的外籍教练年龄都在40岁以上,平均教龄为20年左右,平均月薪为10000元左右,学历方面,外籍教练员均是本科,资格认证方面,外籍教练员有显著优势。

Investigation and Analysis on Current Situation of the Golf Coaches in Golf Club in Changsha

This paper introduced the present situation investigation and analysis of the golf coaches in golf club in Changsha by the literature material method , interview method, questionnaire survey method , and mathematical statistics method .The results of the study are as follows：First, on the age structure , the golf coaches generally younger in golf club in Changsha .Second, on the gender structure, male more than female.This phenomenon is similar to the rest of the country ’s situation.Third;the golf coaches with more teaching experience have low aca-demic background in the in golf club in Changsha .The golf coaches with less teaching experience focused on un-dergraduate education .Fourth, Compared with other cities , the golf‘average monthly salary level in the medium in golf club in Changsha .This result is consistent with the Changsha , at the levels of cities .Compared with other sports coaches ,golf coaches salary relatively high .Fifth,golf coach accreditation situation is not optimistic in the in golf club in Changsha .Sixth,The situation foreign golf coaches in golf club in Changsha is as follows：aged a-bove 40 years old, an average of about 20 years’ experience, the average monthly salary of about 10000 Yuan.In the Education, all the foreign coaches have bachelor ’s degree.In the qualification, foreign coaches have a signifi-cant advantage .According to the results of the study , this paper also puts forward the following suggestions：First, advise managers in golf club in Changsha consciously set up new coaches training system and make long -term practice of training and support plan .Second,Managers should focus on recruiting and training female coaches , in order to adapt to the demand of the market .Third, Managers should pay attention to the professional qualification certification of golf coaches in golf club in Changsha .
