竞技体育"举国体制"的发展对策研究

“举国体制”这个为我们国家竞技体育的发展带来辉煌荣誉的体制,目前受到了国内部分学者的质疑。鉴于此,笔者通过相关文献检索,并结合相关数据与大家一起来探讨这一问题。笔者认为目前的“举国体制”还是应该坚持与发展的,关键的问题是解决“举国体制”下竞技体育经费的来源和经费的使用率,这正是本研究的出发点所在。

Research on Development and Countermeasure of Whole Country System of Sports

The system of whole country system, which bringing the glory for the national sport development was questioned by some scholars at home. Based on it, this paper made discussion on it together with everyone through relevant literature and data. The author though that the whole country system must be insisted on. The key problem was to solve the sport financing source and utilization rate. It was the point of this research.
