摘 要: | 目的:探讨有氧健身操对大学生心理健康的影响。方法:采用的症状自评量表(SymptomChecklist90,SOL-90)和随机抽样的方法对广州大学120名高校大学生进行调查问卷,了解大学生心理健康现状。结果进行有氧健身操训练的大学生的自评量表数据明显小于对照组的大学生。结论:有氧健身操干预对改善大学生的心理健康有一定的影响。

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on mental health of college students. Methods : Using the symptom checklist 90 (Symptom Cheek.list 90, SeL_90) and the method of random sampling question- naire survey on 120 college students from Guangzhou University, in order to understand the mental health of col- lege students. The results of self - rating scale data were significantly lower than that of control group students. Conclusion: Aerobic exercise intervention has certain effect on improving the mental health of college students. |
