| 摘 要： | 国民的整体健康水平，直接反映出一个国家政治制度的优劣，和经济基础、社会明等的发达程度，因此关于健康体育事务的研究得到了广大专家学的高度重视。以介绍日本区域社会的健康体育事务发展现状为基础，结合我国的具体情况，着重阐述了个人对我国全民健身计划推广普及的“工作重点不同、行动步调一致，把握实际需求、狠抓组织落实，关心弱势群体、真正全民健身和加强制度建设、形成保障体系”等对策建议。
