宁波市社会体育指导员现状调研

通过访谈和文献资料以及数理统计等方法对宁波市社会体育指导员的现状进行了调查与分析,其结果表明:宁波市社会体育指导员在量的发展上已取得了较大成绩,且男女比例、年龄结构基本合理;两种类型的社会体育指导员的发展也较为均衡;学历状况优于全国水平,但在社会体育指导员的技术等级、职业构成、区域分布状况等方面的发展还存在不平衡,由此,提出宁波市社会体育指导员发展的相应对策.

Research on present situation of social PE conductors in Ningbo city

By the methods of interview, literature data, statistics and so on, this paper makes a research and analysis on the present situation of social PE conductors in Ningbo city. The result shows: Social PE conductos in Ningbo city have achieved considerable success in quantitative development, moreover male and femlae proportion and age structure are basically reasonable;The development of two kinds of social PE conductors is also relatively balanced;State of academic credentials is better than the national level, but the development at the aspects of social PE conductors' technical grade, job structure, state of area distribution and so on are still imbalanced. Thus the author puts forward appropriate countermeasures for the development of social PE conductors.
