| 摘 要： | 竞技体育后备人才是竞技体育可持续发展的基础.文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对影响广东省竞技体育后备人才的培养主要因素进行分析,认为后备人才培养机制、学训矛盾、社会环境、引进与培养、独生子女等是影响广东省竞技体育后备人才培养的主要因素,并提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | The reserve talent of competitive sport is the base on the sustained development in competitive sport. This paper uses the methods of document, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to analyze the main factors on the development of the reserve talent of competitive sport in Guangdong. The main factors of the impact on the competitive talent in Guangdong are regarded as the cultivation system of the reserve talent, study and training contradiction, social situation, talents introduced and developed, only child and so on. The corresponding strategies have been offered here. |
