| 摘 要： | 我校是浙江省最早实施<学生体质健康标准>的高校之一,通过两年全校学生大规模的学生体质测试,数据结果统计与比较分析表明:学生容易接受<学生体质健康标准>,大部分学生的体质健康综合评价良好;女生略优于男生;02级学生略优于01级与03级;测试结果等级分布合理;不及格者一般为肥胖者,大学生的营养状况得到明显改善,但肥胖已经成为影响学生体质健康的主要因素之一,目前对学生进行体质健康教育已经刻不容缓.

| Abstract: | Zhejiang shuren university is one of the universities which earliest carried out the physique health Standard for students. Through the physique tests for whole students of our university by two years, the results indicate that students can accept that standard easily and most of their physique health comprehensive evaluation shows good. The data of female students are higher than male students' and that of students on 01 grade are higher than that of students on 03 grade. The test results also show a reasonable distribution. Unqualified students are usually the fat, which indicts that fatness has been one of the main reason influencing student' healthy physique, although the nutrition situation of our students is improved obviously. It is urgently to enhance physique health education for students at present. . |
