| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对浙江省的经营性体育健身场所及消费者进行调查,在专家咨询的基础上,给出了经营性体育健身场所服务质量评价指标体系,采用AHP方法确定这一指标体系各项指标的权重,并据此进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Methods of literature and questionnaire,this paper investigated the consumer and the working place of physical exercise in Zhejiang.Based on the expert consultation,construct the evaluation index sign system of service quality in the working place of physical exercise,adopting the method of AHp to make sure various sign's weight,and study on it. |
