试论武术运动的特点

为更好地配合不断加快的武术国际化进程,使国内外朋友更全面和清晰地认识武术,文章以严谨的态度,从不同角度论证了武术的四个特点,即:系统而全面的技击特点是武术相对其他项目最主要的技术特点;内外兼修、形神兼备是武术相对西方体育最主要的内在文化特点;拳派林立、形式多样是武术相对其它技击术独树一帜的外在风格形式特点;最广泛的适应性是武术相对其它体育项目突出的健身特点。

Discussion on the Characteristics of Wushu

In order to cooperate with the accelerating internationalized process of Wushu and make the domestic and international friends know Wushu overall and more clearly,we summarize four characteristics of Wushu from different angles, namely:The systematic and comprehensive art of attacking-defending characteristic is the most main technique characteristic of Wushu compared with other sports game;Training both inside and outside,form and spirit is the most main internal culture characteristic of Wushu compared with western sports;Many schools standing and many forms existing is the unique external form characteristic of Wushu compared with other wrestling projects,the most wide-ranging adaptability is the outstanding fitness characteristic of Wushu compared with other sports game.
