杭州市新型小区体育设施建设现状的调查与分析

商品房住宅小区是未来城市居民居住的主要形式,小区内体育设施建设是我国社会发展的需求。采用文献资料法、访谈法和实地调查等方法对杭州市商品房住宅小区体育设施建设现状进行调查与分析。结果认为,多数新型小区体育设施占地面积达到了国家规定的下限标准,但达到国家规定的上限标准的小区不多,总的来说,仍不能满足居民日益增长体育活动的需求;提出了新型小区体育设施在政策法规、规划、管理、使用等方面存在的理论与实践问题,并据此提出相应对策和建议。

Investigation on Condition of Sports Facility Construction in the Commercial Residential Communities in Hangzhou City

Based on the method of the documentary,interview and on-the spot investigation,this paper analyzes the situation of sports facility construction in the commercial residential communities in Hangzhou city.The result shows that floor space of sports facility in majority new residential communities can meet the under-standard set by government,but minority new residential areas can meet the up-standard.On the whole,the author thinks that sports facilities in Hangzhou new city residential areas doesn't meet thee public increasing needs for sport activities,what are the troubles of plan and management of the new residential areas,points out some trouble which needs settle right away.Corresponding suggestions are benefit to the supporting facilities construction of the commercial residential communities in Hangzhou city.
