| 摘 要： | 以济南地区健身俱乐部指导员为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法和文献资料法,对俱乐部指导员的年龄结构、学历层次、指导授课、流动及受培训等情况进行调查研究,分析并发现其存在的问题,提出完善健身俱乐部指导员队伍建设的改革建议,为相关部门改进和加强对健身培训市场行业的组织监管,也为高等体育院校的专业课程教学改革提供参考.
