| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研等研究方法,在对民生体育和青奥会深刻认识的基础上,阐释了江苏省体育层面上凸显的民生问题,并提出了筹备青奥会过程中应注意的问题:宣传青奥会理念,营造全民健身氛围；节俭青奥,广泛应用临时设施,培养壮大一支青奥会志愿者队伍；实现公共体育资源供给的多元化,保障弱势群体的体育权利,加大对学校体育资源的资金投入；加强南京周边农村体育建设的工作力度,开展人们喜闻见乐的传统体育活动等.
