| 摘 要： | 145例患随机分成傍刺温针灸组83例和单一针刺组62例，治疗2个疗程，观察比较2组的疗效。结果显示：傍刺温针灸组的总有效率为98.8％，治愈率80．72％，单一针刺组为88．7％，51．61％，经统计检验，差异显或极显(P＜0．05，P＜0．01)。傍刺温针灸治疗该病的临床疗效优于单一针刺疗法。

| Abstract: | patients were randomly divided into a double need li ng plus warmed-needle group of 83 cases and a simple acupuncture group of 62 cas es.The curative effect was observed and analyzed after 2 courses of treatment.Re sult showed that the total effective rate and the cure rate were respectively 98 .8% and 80.72% in the double needling plus warmed-needle acupuncture group,and 8 8.7% and 51.61% in the simple acupuncture group.Statistical analysis showed a si gnificant or a very significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).Double needling plus warmed-needle acupuncture has a significantly better effect than the simple acu puncture treatment. |
