摘    要:“学科”、“课程”和专业”的界定及这三个基本概念之间的相互关系长期以来困惑着我国体育高等院校办学的理论与实践。对这三个重要概念及其相互关系进行了较为深入的讨论。指出“学科”、“专业”和“课程”是本质属性不同的三个领域,它们的发展分别遵从科学探索的规律、劳动市场人才供需的规律和人才培养的教育学规律。三者的逻辑关系概括起来为:社会对不同规格专业人才的需要决定着学校的专业设置,专业决定课程设置,专业是该统一体的核心。专业设置不仅以一种社会需要的特定形式促进着相关学科的发展,同时还决定着对有关学科知识的取舍和组合,形成本专业特有的知识(能力)结构

Abstract:The concepts of Discipline, Specialty, Subject and their interrelationships have long bothered the high physical educational institutions in China, theoretically and practically. The authors clarified their conceptual meanings and integral links among them through an extensive discussion. Discipline, Specialty and Subject are three areas with different nature, following, respectively, the regularities of scientific exploration, labor market demand and education. In general, the logical interrelationships of them are:the social labor demands determine the particular structure of specialties set in schools, and specialties determine the curriculum, the formation of subjects. Specialty is the core in this triunity for it not only promotes the scientific exploring as a particular pattern of social demanding force but also functions as a criteria for curriculum design, with which all subject components are possibly abstracted and constructed from the related academic disciplines.
