| 摘 要： | 初中女生形体美教育的理念是强调在健康美的基础上追求适度的身体和谐匀称、比例协调的体格美和体型美,并突出心灵美、姿态美和气质美等的综合美;实施形体关教育的主要内容是有氧健身操、有氧舞蹈、芭蕾形体、模特步、简易器械训练等,实施方案是将形体训练内容系统的安排到体育与健康课、大课间、课外体育活动或者专门开设形体训练课.
