| 摘 要： | 介绍了张竞生的生平及其主要思想.其体育思想主要表现在三个方面：一是美好的身体来源于优生优育,二是崇尚健康的身体、愉快的精神,一切体育活动都围绕这点展开;三是信奉自然主义的体育与健康方法.挖掘几乎被社会遗忘了的张竞生的体育思想,有助于指导现代人的生活,倡导美的体育,使体育再次回归到个体的身体健康和精神愉悦,具有重要的意义.

| Abstract: | This thesis gave a brief introduction on Zhang Jingsheng's life experience and his thoughe,and analysed Zhang's thought on physical(education) in detail.The thesis categrized his thought into three parts:first,beautful figure attributed to scientific pragnent;health body lead to well-bing soul,and all kinds of sports should based on this proint;propoganda on naturalism method of exceise.It is important and meaningful to restudy Zhang's thought on beautified physical education. |
