| 摘 要： | 体育产业治理绩效受宏观、行业以及体育企业，包括政府、文化、法律、市场竞争、行业协会、中介组织、体育企业自身、媒体监督等因素的影响，且这些因素是拟定评价治理绩效一级指标的主要依据，同时重点阐述了治理绩效的评价流程和方法——“蜘蛛图法”。
