| 摘 要： | 资本的流动性是经济社会的重要特征,流动将增加经济资源的价值,作为经济资源之一的人力资本也不例外.在现代社会经济中,人力资本已成为经济增长的重要生产要素之一.本研究着重探讨了我国竞技体育职业化过程中运动员人力资本产权流动的特征、动力和阻力因素,并对如何加快竞技体育运动员人力资本产权流动,促进和深化竞技体育职业化和商业化提出了合理化建议.
